By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About GreatRace.com

GreatRace.com provides information and resources related to the Great Race, including event information, schedules, routes, results, historical content, competitor information, photos, videos, participant resources, classified listings, merchandise links, sponsor information, and other related content.

For purposes of these Terms, “Great Race,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Great Race and the entity responsible for operating GreatRace.com.

2. Use of the Website

You may use GreatRace.com for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.

You may not:

Great Race works to provide accurate and timely race information. However, schedules, routes, start times, overnight locations, hotel information, participant information, order of start, scores, results, event details, and other race-related information may change.

Website information is provided for convenience and should not be considered a substitute for official event communications.

When there is a conflict between information displayed on GreatRace.com and official Great Race Event Regulations, Event Supplements, scoring decisions, participant communications, or other official event materials, the official materials and decisions control.

Race results and scoring information displayed online may be preliminary and may be corrected or updated.

4. Event Participation

These Terms govern the use of GreatRace.com.

They do not replace or modify any Great Race:

Entry agreements
Registration terms
Participant waivers or releases
Competition rules
Hotel or travel agreements
Payment agreements
Other agreements related to participation in a Great Race event

Participation in a Great Race event may require acceptance of additional terms, rules, waivers, or agreements.

5. Participant Hub and Restricted Areas

Certain areas of GreatRace.com, including the Participant Hub or other participant resources, may be restricted to registered participants, staff, volunteers, or other authorized users.

If you receive access to a restricted area, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password, access code, or other credential provided to you.

Access credentials should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

Information available through restricted areas may include event schedules, hotel information, participant instructions, documents, contact information, or other event-related resources. This information may change throughout the event.

Great Race may suspend or revoke access to restricted areas at any time when reasonably necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through GreatRace.com is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Great Race.

This may include:

Great Race names, logos, and branding

Graphics and design elements
Historical materials
Race archives
Results books
Competitor profiles

Photographs

Access to GreatRace.com does not grant you ownership of or unrestricted rights to Great Race content.

8. Classified Listings

GreatRace.com may provide classified listings as a convenience to buyers and sellers.

Great Race does not inspect, authenticate, endorse, guarantee, or verify vehicles, parts, merchandise, sellers, buyers, ownership, condition, specifications, photographs, pricing, or other information included in classified listings.

Information in a listing is provided by the seller or submitting party.

Buyers are responsible for independently verifying:

The identity of the seller.
Ownership of the listed item.
Vehicle or item condition.
Specifications and descriptions.
Title or registration information.
Pricing.

Great Race recommends that buyers personally inspect an item, or arrange for an appropriate professional inspection, before completing a purchase.
