Also playing are Dan and Trevor’s sister Kari, who is an outstanding hockey player.

Coaching the Stahls’ team is Mark Wells from the 1980 U.S. Olympic Gold Medal Hockey Team, better known as the “Miracle On Ice.”

Playing for the Red Wings are some of Detroit’s most famous former players, including Mickey Redmond, Darren McCarty, Dino Ciccarelli, Petr Klima and John Ogrodnick.

For those that don’t know, Stahls’ is a NHL licensee and a manufacturer of garment decoration equipment for professional, college and high school sports leagues. Stahls’ also serves as the title sponsor of this year’s event.

Team Stahls’ takes the ice at 12:30 p.m. There will be music and signed memorabilia.

This game is the centerpiece of the Frozen Fish Fiasco: a weekend full of outdoor hockey at Clark Park in Detroit, all benefitting the Clark Park Coalition which provides organized sports and equipment to Detroit youth that would otherwise not have them.
