We finally had a day without rain so we decided to take Maxine for a drive. It was a nice ride with no problems When we got home I asked Gary if all was finished on the work he was doing to prepare her for the Great Race. He mumbled something like yes she is ready BUT – – – !!! I’m not sure but I think that means he will be in the garage with the hood up again !!!!

Today I checked my rally box with my “navigator supplies”. It appears that I might need more blue and pink highlighters. I would hate to be somewhere along the route and not have the much needed highlighters !!!

The final countdown is on for the Great Race.
