The 9th annual Coker Tire Challenge is less than two months away, and entries from around the country are pouring in. Entry fees have remained the same again this year for Run For Fun and for Dash For Cash. The Coker Tire Challenge will be held Sept. 18-21 in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee, with the three-day, cloverleaf rally covering three states. The event will begin Thursday, Sept. 18, with registration, tech inspection and rally school followed by a reception in the Coker Tire Museum.

The action will begin Friday morning as the rally heads toward Huntsville, Alabama, with competition in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. That evening the participants will head back to Chattanooga for a barbecue feast from world famous Shuford’s BBQ.

Saturday’s route will take the racers toward Sparta, Tennessee, before returning to Fort Street for a late afternoon car display. Sunday’s final mileage will see competition in Tennessee and Georgia before the closing lunch back at Coker Tire.

For those of you who participated in the 2014 Great Race, please leave all of your decals on your car including the Great Race logo with your car number. All Great Race entries in the Coker Tire Challenge will get to use their car number from that event.
