The weekly Thursday emails have been sent to Great Racer teams’ key contacts for two weeks now, and in the first one the Registration Times were included as an attachment. If you are the “key contact” for your team and have not been getting the weekly Thursday email (April 27 and May 4), please contact Rachel Keeley at firstname.lastname@example.org at once.
Below are the Registration Times for each team in the 2017 Great Race. You must be at the Registration room at the host hotel (Hyatt) in Jacksonville at your appointed time. If all of your team’s paperwork is complete one team member can pick up everything at Registration and proceed to Vehicle Tech Inspection. If everything is in order prior to the race, the entire process from Registration through Tech Inspection should last less than an hour.
