It has been an extremely exhausting day! After getting up this morning, and heading to the airport we were faced with a small rain delay; however nothing to serious. It was so good to see all of my close friends, and catch up with them. All 117 cars went through tech, and got registered as well. After completing a long day full of hard work, and a little bit of rain it was time to eat dinner! It was off to Grant’s Farm where we had a wonderful meal complete with meeting the Clydesdale horse in the Budweiser commercials; as well as a tour through the deer park. Despite the small showers, it was an amazing day in Kirkwood, Missouri! Tomorrow the racers will complete the Trophy Run in hopes of getting their cars in tip-top condition before the competition begins on Saturday. Until tomorrow it’s lights out!
