New Hats for 2013!

The new hats for the 2013 Hemmings Motor News Great Race presented by Hagerty have been selected, and I got a sample the other day I wanted to share. For this year’s race, we will again have red hats for rookies, plus two additional colors which will be for sale. Veterans will get a very nice beige-colored hat, while the third hat will be black.
What I like most about this year’s version is we were able to find a company that could stitch a larger area on the front. That allowed for the addition of the “Presented by Hagerty” on the front instead of on the back. And the detail is twice as nice as previous years. We do not have the hats for sale yet as I was only given one to proof. It has been approved and it will be several months before they will be completed.
