Great Racer Craig Rubright of Clearwater, Florida, is taking in a different form of racing while visiting Monza, Italy, this week. Rubright, who finished second in the Rookie Division in the 2014 Great Race with navigator Garrett Jenkins of Birmingham, Alabama, attended the Italian Grand Prix and made a lot of new friends as you can see in the photo.

Rubright will be competing in the 2015 Route 66 Great Race from Missouri to California in June, and he will also be competing in the three-day Coker Tire Challenge regional event next weekend in Chattanooga.

There is still time to enter the Coker Tire Challenge. It starts Thursday, September 18, with registration, tech inspection and rally school. Competition begins Friday morning and ends by noon on Sunday, September 21.

To enter, please call Jennifer Andrews at 423-648-8528 or email her at [email protected].
