Had a mechanical genius  review our problems and he concluded that we are having vapor lock problems.  So we rerouted all of the fuel lines in the engine area and insulated the lines.  We bypassed the mechanical pump and are now using only the electric fuel pump.  Finished this work about midnight Sunday night.  So we will see what today brings.

We purchased a extra electric fuel pump and we may install tonight in parallel with the existing electric pump so we have a backup pump.
